What is your return policy?

Returns and exchanges must be made within 90 days of receipt and only with a valid purchase receipt. Returns or exchanges are not permitted on opened boxes, special or custom orders, close-outs, and odd lots. Defective products may be exchanged prior to installation within 90 days of receipt. Installed product is considered accepted by you and may not be exchanged or returned for any reason. Shipping and delivery charges in connection with purchase are non-refundable. Shipping costs relating to a return or exchange are your sole responsibility.For refunds, cash or check purchases will be refunded by check within 5-10 business days; credit or debit card, store credit, or gift card purchases will be credited back to the account or tender type used for this purchase. What is the status of my cashback rebate?

You can check the status of your rebate here. Choose your promotion and then click "Track My Claim" in the navigation areas. Next, enter your claim reference number and email address. Your cashback reward will be sent as a digital Visa® gift card or straight to your PayPal account within 28 days of your claim being approved, depending on which option you chose when submitting your claim. Be sure to check your email spam folder if you do not see the gift card within 28 days of the claim being approved. Our Bellawood Floor Cleaner is safe to use on all of our hard-surface flooring products. Please refer to the product warranty/installation/care guide found on each flooring product's website page for specific care and maintenance guidance.

Who do I contact if my installation or in-home estimate has not been scheduled yet?

Installation is scheduled within 2 to 3 business days after all materials are delivered. The in-home estimate is scheduled within 2 to 3 business days after the assessment order is placed. If your installation or estimate has not been scheduled within this time frame, please call our Project Coordination Office at 1-800-651-1635 or email install@llflooring.com for assistance.

White Glove delivery: We will bring the items inside your home for up to two rooms on your first floor.Home delivery is delivered by box truck up to 75 miles from your chosen LL Flooring store to your home. The store team will schedule a delivery with their local carrier, and the carrier will contact you to set up an appointment that best meets your scheduling needs.
